Basic Life Support (BLS) is designed to gain the confidence and skills needed to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as part of a team effort. This course is specifically designed for professionals with a duty to respond during emergencies.

The course will take you through essential steps, such as performing a rapid assessment, basic life support (BLS) skills, and rapid defibrillation, including using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). By completing this course, you will be equipped with the essential knowledge and skills to respond quickly and effectively during emergency situations.

Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy can also be added as additional certifications to this course. Our courses includes the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Parking is available on the west and east side of the building. You may park in any designated stalls for any other companies, except those reserved for Alison College.

In-Classroom Training Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Pre-Requisite: Current certificate that has not expired

Certification Expiry Date: 1 years from the date of certification
