RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/REFUND

  • Any rescheduling of the course without legitimate/valid reason will NOT be allowed.
  • Any change of date MUST be made at least five (5) days before the course begins by email: registration@lifesaverscanada.com.
  • If the notification is less than five (5) days, then NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.  However, we will allow ONE-TIME rescheduling with no extra charge. 
  • NO REFUNDS ALLOWED AFTER RESCHEDULING even if the notification is more than five (5) days.
  • If rescheduling is allowed, you have within one (1) week from the date of notification to let us know the date you can reschedule. However, the maximum grace period to reschedule is 30 days. It’s up to Life Savers Canada’s discretion whether to extend the grace period up-to 45 days.
  • ALL refunds are subject to $10.00 administration fee.
  • Life Savers Canada reserves the right to refuse refund request if it’s not legitimate/valid reason.
