This course focuses on lifesaving skills for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest or circulation emergencies. Learners will develop proper CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) techniques for adults, children, and infants, learn how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and more. Through hands-on practice, this course builds the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively in critical situations. This course meets workplace and legislative requirements for CPR training.

Ideal for workplaces, caregivers, and anyone looking to enhance their emergency response abilities for use at work, in the community, or at home.

How to pull-out the main door to enter
Until further notice, the main sliding door in under maintenance. Please pull out the side door to open.

FREE Parking. Parking is available on the West and North side of the building. You may park in any parking stalls including with designated signs for other companies as they have moved out. The sliding door (main entrance) is temporarily out-of-order, so it needs to be open manually. Pull the metal-side to open.

In-Classroom Training Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (not including breaks)

Pre-Requisite: Current certificate that has NOT expired

Certification Expiry Date: 3 years from the date of certification
