Emergency First Aid and CPR training is an indispensable one-day course that equips you with the essential skills to save lives in an emergency, whether at home or work. This course is a must-have, as it meets the legal requirements of provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and meets Canadian Standards Association (CSA Std. Z1210-17) guidelines for Basic first Aid. Includes the most up-to-date first aid and CPR guidelines, including the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
The course will take you through essential steps, such as performing a rapid assessment, basic life support (BLS) skills, and rapid defibrillation, including using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). By completing this course, you will be equipped with the essential knowledge and skills to respond quickly and effectively during emergency situations.
