First aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a course offering skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course includes topics designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and provide the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation. Our course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

THIS COURSE IS FOR PARTICIPANTS THAT HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID CERTIFICATE THAT NEED THE RENEWAL OF THEIR CERTIFICATION.

Duration: -Day In-Classroom Training

In-Classroom Training Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pre-Requisite: Current certificate that has NOT expired

Certification Expiry Date: You will receive two certificate: BLS is 1 years from the date of certification, and First Aid & CPR/AED is 3 years from the date of certification
