First aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is CSA Intermediate level course offering skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course is a must-have, as it meets the legal requirements of provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and meets Canadian Standards Association (CSA Std. Z1210-17) guidelines for Intermediate first Aid. Includes the most up-to-date first aid and CPR guidelines, including the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
